Itala Flores is a mixed media Artists and a Jewelry designer from Caracas Venezuela, As an artist she is the creator of a new pottery technique called Drypott which are pieces made out drywall compound . Selected by a Jury to be represented through out 2017 on Charlotte area Billboard with “Drypott”, now She is focusing to grow her carrier and follow her dreams.
Maria Gallardo was born and raised in Ecuador. She immigrated to the U.S. in 1996. Maria has always had an attraction to jewelry and an innate love of working with her hands. Nature is more than an inspiration for Maria; it influences who she is and how she sees the world, including the use of found objects and recycled materials. She started her handmade recycled jewelry business Designs by Mia in 2012. None of the designs are mass produced or out sourced and there are no intentions of that ever happening. Every piece truly is made to order with love and intention. Every piece is created from the heart.
