Prior to his career as a Personal Stylist professional, Hade worked 14 years in the Hospitality industry; starting as a Front Desk Clerk to becoming Director of National Sales for the largest hotel management company in the world - Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Hade was named 3 times by “Meetings & Tourism Magazine” as one of the Most Influential African Americans in the Hospitality Industry.
