4. Designer must complete no more than 10 looks per collection.
One model is required per look (Models provided by Charlotte Seen).
If you have a model that you would like to participate in the show, then please have them register at charlotteseen.com. All models are subject to approval by Charlotte Seen, LLC.
Designer must provide hi resolution (min 300dpi) logo, picture, and bio for any and all marketable pieces.

As a Designer you will receive:
- Name in Magazine Advertisements. (Deadlines apply)
- Name, bio, picture, and logo on charlotteseen.com.
- Promotion in our social marketing campaign.
- Promotion in a Charlotte Seen Newsletter.
- First right of refusal for next years Charlotte Fashion Week event.
- You will receive two (2) Gold seats and two (2) General admission standing room only tickets for the night you show only.
- Name, bio and picture in the evening brochure. (Deadlines apply)
- Name and logo on the large screen at the event.
- Opportunity to place items in the Swag Bags given to VIP attendees.(about 400)
- Complimentary admission to the Charlotte Fashion Week pre-events and the awards ceremony. (Fashion Seen Ball not included.)
Last years magazines included but were not limited to South Park Magazine, Charlotte Magazine, Charlotte Living Magazine, Little Ones, Elevate Lifestyle Magazine, Today's Charlotte Woman, Society Magazine, iwed magazine, and Lake Norman Magazine.(DEADLINES apply)

This is an agreement between Charlotte Seen, LLC and the Company/Designer/Signee to secure the services or goods rendered.
All swag bag items and/or gifts are to be in the hands of Charlotte Seen, LLC two weeks prior to show.
Charlotte Seen is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
I hereby agree all photographs and video taken of myself or my collections shall be property of Charlotte Seen, the photographers, the videographers. I hereby consent to and authorize the use of the photograph/s referred to above and/or drawings there from and any other reproductions or adoptions thereof, either complete in part, alone or in conjunction with any wording and/or drawings. Photographs by the Photographer and the Photographer's authorized representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns for any purpose whatsoever including without limitation: sale, reproduction in all media, publication, display, broadcast and exhibition for promotion, advertising, trade, art or illustration, with no territorial limitations. By this agreement I waive any legal right to inspect and/or approve the preliminary or final product/s, printed or digital, the photograph/s is/are used in connection with. Charlotte Seen, the photographer and the model may use these images for any promotions. I further release the photographers, Charlotte Seen and all other persons entitled under this agreement to use the photographs from all liability, libel, invasion of privacy and all causes of action whatsoever in relation to the photographs making and use, towards myself or my property, including without limitation any liability for alteration of the photographs, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur during the making or subsequent use of the photographs. I acknowledge I have read and fully understand the entire Agreement and the Agreement disclosures.
