I hereby agree to be in communication with the Charlotte Seen staff, designers, coordinators and/or other persons responsible to ensure the best quality Charlotte Seen experience.
I hereby engage as an independent contractor to perform the services set forth from the Charlotte Seen staff, designer, coordinators, and/or other persons responsible.
I understand that times set for fittings, hair, makeup, runway practices, schedule photoshoots are mandatory. I hereby agree all photographs and video taken of myself shall be property of Charlotte Seen, the photographers, the videographers.
I hereby consent to and authorize the use of the photograph/s referred to above and/or drawings there from and any other reproductions or adoptions thereof, either complete in part, alone or in conjunction with any wording and/or drawings. Photographs by the Photographer and the Photographer's authorized representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns for any purpose whatsoever including without limitation: sale, reproduction in all media, publication, display, broadcast and exhibition for promotion, advertising, trade, art or illustration, with no territorial limitations.
By this agreement I waive any legal right to inspect and/or approve the preliminary or final product/s, printed or digital, the photograph/s is/are used in connection with.
Charlotte Seen, the photographer and the model may use these images for any promotions.
I further release the photographers, Charlotte Seen and all other persons entitled under this agreement to use the photographs from all liability, libel, invasion of privacy and all causes of action whatsoever in relation to the photographs making and use, towards myself or my property, including without limitation any liability for alteration of the photographs, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur during the making or subsequent use of the photographs. I acknowledge I have read and fully understand the entire Agreement and the Agreement disclosures.
